Who We Are

Community Respiratory Improvement Service CIC (CRIS-CIC) is a community‑focused organisation dedicated to improving respiratory health and wellbeing. We work to reduce health inequalities by delivering education, awareness programmes, smoking cessation support, care‑home training, and outreach services to individuals, families, and underserved communities.

Our mission is simple:

Better breathing. Better health. Better lives.

Our Purpose

Why We Exist

Respiratory conditions such as asthma, COPD, lung cancer, and smoking‑related illnesses continue to affect thousands of people in our communities. CRIS-CIC was established to provide accessible, practical, and culturally‑sensitive support that empowers people to understand, manage, and improve their respiratory health.

We believe that everyone deserves the knowledge and support needed to breathe well and live well.

These values guide every programme we deliver and every partnership we build.
